1988 Double County Champions Reunion

Kilshannig GAA Club will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the 1988 Double County Champions this Saturday, 29th March in the GAA Complex, Glantane at 8.30pm. This was an outstanding year for the club on the field winning the County Intermediate Football Championship and the County Junior B Hurling Championship.
Kilshannig defeated Ballincollig in the Intermediate football final to make the step up to senior football for the first time in our history. The double was completed just a number of weeks later when Kilshannig defeated Whitechurch in the junior b hurling final.
The club are delighted to honour this remarkable achievement and we hope that all players, team mentors, club officers and supporters can make it this Saturday to make it a wonderful night.
